Creating an account: Click the Create Account link in the top-right corner of the main page. This will display a New Account form asking for your login, name, password and password confirmation. Login name will be displayed as a nickname on all the messages that your are posting on the Web2Romance. Complete your registration by clicking the button at the bottom of the form. If registration is successful, new account is created and you can log in now. Otherwise the same form will be displayed along with an error message specifying the problem. Note: you will have to correct the problem and re-enter password in both fields.

Logging in:

You can sign in by clicking the Sign In link the top-right corner of the main page. You will be prompted for login and password. You have an option to skip the login process next time you access Web2Romance website by marking the appropriate checkbox on the login form. Please use this option according to the security concerns. It will not be a good idea to activate it on publicly accessible computer.

Creating new article: Locate Create New Article field on the main page and state the desired name for the article. Click Create New Article button. An empty article with specified name will be created.

Finding an article:

There are two distinct way to find an article:

  • Through one of the portals – check the portals link on the navigation panel in the left-hand area of the main page and select the appropriate portal
  • Using the search engine by entering the keyword in the search field located on the navigation panel in the left-hand area of the main page

Editing an article:

Find the article you want to edit and click the edit tab at the top of the article frame. The editing window will open with current text of the article, if any, provided in it. You can enter plain text, use provided internal syntax commands accessible through command panel on the top of the edit window or use HTML syntax to enhance the presentation of the information you are posting.

Reviewing the edit history:

Edit history is available globally for all the articles through the View Edit History link on the navigation panel in the left-hand area of the main page. You can also access edit history of exact article by locating the article and clicking the edit history tab of the article frame.
